Once production is complete, standard shipping to the USA takes approximately 7–14 business days. Total estimated delivery time is the sum of production and shipping periods.

It typically takes 3–5 business days for tracking information to appear in the shipping company's system. Please rest assured that your shipment is moving normally. You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receipt. Products must be unused, in original condition, with all labels, packaging, and seals intact. To initiate a request, please email hinata@hinata-vn.com

Once your returned item is received and passes quality inspection at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days. If you are exchanging for a different product of equal or higher value due to personal preference, please note that additional shipping fees will apply.
