How long will it take to receive my order?

Since each item is custom-made specifically for you after your order is placed, please allow 7–10 business days for production. Once production is complete, standard shipping to the USA takes approximately 7–14 business days. Total estimated delivery time is the sum of production and shipping periods.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You have a 6-hour window from the time of purchase to request any changes or cancellations via our Contact Form. After this period, your order enters our custom production process immediately and can no longer be modified or revoked.

Why is my tracking number not working?

It typically takes 3–5 business days for tracking information to appear in the shipping company's system. Please rest assured that your shipment is moving normally. If your order has not arrived after 30 business days (Domestic US) or 45 business days (International), please reach out to us for assistance.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receipt. Products must be unused, in original condition, with all labels, packaging, and seals intact. To initiate a request, please email hinata@hinata-vn.com

How long do refunds and exchanges take?

Once your returned item is received and passes quality inspection at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days. If you are exchanging for a different product of equal or higher value due to personal preference, please note that additional shipping fees will apply.
